2.2 Invoice and Payment: After reviewing the order, we will send an invoice to the client. All payments must be received in full before any order is shipped. Accepted payment methods will be provided in the invoice.

2.3 Order Fulfillment: Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare and ship the order based on the selected box sizes: 4 urns, 12 urns, 45 urns, and 90 urns. Clients may combine different box sizes within one order.

3.1 Product Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, or details of the products will be accurate, reliable, current, or free of other errors. Your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

3.2 Faulty or Incorrect Products: If a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service to obtain a required return reference. In case a product is visibly damaged upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery, and we will ensure that a replacement product is sent to you.
